Took my granddaughter to this office for her newborn appt at a few days old. It was an awful experience. The front desk staff was rude, the doctor was in a rush to get out of the room, and I did not get any of my questions answered. I speak English and my husband speaks both English and Spanish. The nurse/MA that helped us ONLY spoke in Spanish to my husband and didn't address me (the new mom) at all.
