I was trying to help some friends set up an appt and no ever called me back! She needs to retrain her staff
It’s very very very so hard to make phone call appoinment.
Unfortunately, I have to totally agree with the previous and first reviewer. She is great when you can actually see her and I have been since 2008. But, the last 2 years has been completely ridiculous. The office staff NEVER returns calls. Dr. Valdez also suggests patients log-on to her patient-portal web based system to ask questions, etc., which I have done and after many messages, hardly anyone ever answers my questions. This practice is a joke. Dr Valdez is great but the girls who run the office are running it into the ground. They NEVER answer the phone. They overbook appointments so even if you are at the first appointment slot of the day it takes over an hour and half to be seen. They never return phone calls. They improperly fill prescriptions. And God forbid if you ever have a problem because you will have to repeatedly call the office for over an hour before someone will answer.
