This review is for the doctor only. I went to Lenscrafters on West Lake Mead where Dr. Youssef has a location inside. I had an appt scheduled with The dr. for an eye exam. I wanted to ask about getting Lasik surgery and had a few more questions. (it's been since 2020 since my last eye exam). I never even saw the doctor! She (I assume its a she from reading the posted reviews) didn't come in to introduce herself, or welcome me as a new patient, or look at my health history. i got there was 2 hours wait time even with appointment, after the eye exams made by someone else, she came up with a price of $649 for the cheapest option. I said absolutely not, can't afford it and was about to leave. She then took sometimes to write all numbers on a paper, i have a copy of & came down to $302 for glasses, forgetting the $200 OFF from Groupon.
