Flat-out canceled a new patient 2-month checkup once they knew we did NOT want to vaccinate. I get it, if a certain percentage of your patients decline vaccines the practice loses a commission. Womp womp. You might want to replace whoever you have answering calls with someone that has more emotional stability than a 12 year old child lol
Best pediatrician in town! Always great with my kids, won't take them anywhere else.
