Dr. Goyal and his staff are extremely rude and condescending towards their patients. The office is extremely dirty and they post all of their patients private information on the wall of the procedure room every day. I have multiple pictures of many patients private information on my phone proving Dr. Goyal breaks HIPPA violations on a regular basis.
He gave me an injection in my hip and struck my nerve. When I questioned him and his staff about the excruciating pain I was in I was completely ignored. I was heavily sedated when he gave the injection and the whole left side of my body came off the table as well as a burning sensation from the injection site to my toes. When I asked him why it burned he yelled at me saying he wasn't even touching me. After the appointment I was in pain for months and he did absolutely nothing. Then when I made a complaint I was discharged ... read more
He took a lot of time to understand my problem. Nice Doc with great help!!
Dr goyal is very professional and good doctor. He is well dressed and hygienic. His office and staff is clean courteous and polite. He is thorough and has vast experience and knowledge in the field of pain management. He is double board certified in pain management and anesthesia . He cares about his patients. He has performed multiple spine interventions on me in a accurate professional sterile manner with good results. He uses image guidance. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is not obese.
Went today for my first appointment and I was less than impressed! Sloppy stomach hanging out of his shirt that was unbuttoned at his belly. The office is by FAR the filthiest I've ever been to. Wants to do spinal injection and there's no way it can be done in a safe and sterile environment. I can't image this place would remain open if state visited this site. He is beyond rude one of those who's title goes to his head. Very unprofessional yelled at me about the conditions I've been treated for and told me the doctors I see ... read more
He is a good doctor. I went to him for a yr and half. Was very nice and joked around, then he was belligerent with me. Told me ny pee test had weed in it. And was yelling at me about it. I don't even smoke let alone do pot. He complained about doctors that do back surgery. Why didn't I see him first. Because surgeries don't work, etc. I feel he is a good doctor and gives me shots in my back that worked. But when he, I guess, doesn't want to have u as a patient, he starts to be the doctor from hell. I've heard the same thing f... read more
Takes time and listens. Always cheers me up!
The review section is ridiculous and obviously fabricated. I have rarely seen a doctor with 100 reviews, let alone over 200. Also, when a doctor does have a high number of ratings very few have comments. Many of these comments just say "good" or "great." The biggest give away is that he has several comments on the same day and for several days in a row. There are no other doctors on any sites with ratings like that. This went way overboard and is obvious fraud, coming from a lawyer. Fix it.
Mr. Goyal is a rude, arrogant, & is incredibly unprofessional. After 2 failed procedures, with NO office follow up, a consultation on 3/14/18 [he arrived 50 min, late] & gave me a DVD, refused to address my concerns, left abruptly, & I hobbled with my cane & asked "what can I take for this chronic pain"? He had me on NORCO/OXY, which failed to offer any relief. After I caught up to him he turned & sarcastically replied "take a tylenol". My insurance co. Aetna has filed a compliant on my behalf.
