I just read the letter you wrote to a new patient terminating her for driving on your grass. Very bad decision on your part, withholding treatment to someone who needs it is patient abandonment. I wonder if the board is aware of this behavior? You really should be ashamed of yourself.

I only see one very unprofessional dentist who must be more worried about her grass than she is about her patients and her own reputation.
