Dr Hadeed is very pleasant, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. She made me feel comfortable during the whole exam and she did an excellent job of responding in great detail to my questions and concerns.
Those employees working at the scheduling desk they know nothing about Experian and they know nothing about how to serve a customer after keep me on hold for five six times and she doesn't understand as approved Insurance 2 months ago and now she telling me because the insurance it's a stop and she didn't know that insurance it's a stop before even scheduled for that person so after back and forth I try to explain to her and like she hang up on me with disrespect but I called back again and left a message to cancel for appoi... read more
I came to this office because my eye had been damaged and i was also have trouble seeing. Dr. Hadeed happened to be the 3rd eye doctor I called. One was extremely rude and said their provider doesnt take victims. Another said i was near sighted and i had trauma to my eye and sent me out the door. Dr. Hadeed listened to what i had to say. She let me vent my frustrations about other providers and understood why I came to her office. She even asked her colleague about my eye. Dr. Hadeed cares about her patients. I had been to my previous eye doctor for some irritation I was experiencing and was told allergies. Dr. Hadeed went the extra mile and really evaluated my symptoms and was able to resolve my issue I was dealing with for 4 months. Staff was friendly as well. Overall a great experience!
