Dr. Brown was a nice person to have eye exam done by, but her Scheduling system is a JOKE... Booked an appointment after our 2019 visit for 2020 (like we have done in the past with this office) and confirmed the appointment in Feb 2020. Then get another email: Please Confirm your appointment for 8/20/20 to see it is NOT AVAILABLE, even though you have an Appointment Ref ID number. So, I call the office and no help there.. Took my 6 year old daughter to have an eye exam.Dr. Brown was very nice, patient, friendly and made my daughter and myself very comfortable during the exam.
