Brought in my 4 year for a broken Tibia. He was so kind and took his time with us and did everything to make an action plan that will help my son.

Dr. Zaltz was very informative and great with our daughter. He used analogies that she could understand and she felt much better about her fractured clavicle. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions.

After seeking advice from an orthopedic professional, I found myself scheduling an appointment with Dr. Patterson. I sought after a provider that was compassionate, communicative, and advocated for my needs. He and I decided to proceed with left knee arthroscopy and medial meniscus debridement of my buckle handle tear. Dr. Zaltz took his time to explain the issue regarding the appointment as well as answered all of our concerns and questions. His bedside manner was one of the best I have experienced. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I generally like Dr. Zalts, but this visit was very frustrating as the wait was incredibly long. Our appointment was for 3:30, but we didn't go back to the room until 4:05. Then didn't see Dr. Zalts until almost 5.

Waited from late July to now to see him, called at least once a week to get in but had to wait. He knows what he’s doing but takes a while to see him. He’s done two surgeries for me but still having issues. Waiting to hear from a scheduler for an injection. We’ll see what magic he will have to do to figure out what’s going on, but I trust him 100%.

-I began mentioning 2 areas of consistent and increased pain since last visit that felt connected to my scoliosis curve, Zaltz asked “who told you that?” -Received based recommendations I have previously tried or found online (Physical therapy methods, reformer Pilates, “you could try a chiropractor”)-Scheduled in-office visit intentionally for an insured physical therapy script, almost didn’t receive due to miscommunication until asking again as Zaltz was leaving. And after mentioning we’re paying PT out of pocket in the ap... read more
