I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Alvina Lo. I felt there was a lack of patience, especially when dealing with older patients who may need more time and understanding. The office is also very small and felt cramped—I was even asked to step out of the room, which made the visit uncomfortable. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind and helpful.
Very responsive - I asked for a copy of my eye examination and received it timely. Thanks.
Dr. Lo is a very good optometrist. She is patient and can explain every detail to me. The receptionist is also very helpful.
