I have been under Dr. Chow for a very long time. She is very meticulous & thorough when checking my eyes. Takes time not rushing. Receptionist is extremely helpful & pleasant
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Alvina Lo. I felt there was a lack of patience, especially when dealing with older patients who may need more time and understanding. The office is also very small and felt cramped—I was even asked to step out of the room, which made the visit uncomfortable. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind and helpful.
