I have been a patient of Dr Levine for many years and I am very pleased. Even though Dr Alvin was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was not pleased with my visit. The office staff were unaware of important information I was left at the exam room waiting for their surgery coordinator to come out to schedule my surgery. STAY AWAY. Horrible front desk office staff ("Karen") and unethical business practice. They will surprise you with a medical bill after collecting the copay and charging the insurance company (almost $300 for callus/corn removal I could have done at home) in additional to billing insurance for an "office visit." In total, I waited 30 minutes to be seen for ~15 minutes. This was my first time to a foot specialist. Dr. Bannerjee was outstanding. He has a great personality. He was spot on with the prognosis of my issue. He has an outstanding staff, Lynn and Annette are a joy!
Dr.Alvin Bannerjee is very caring and sympathetic towards my pain, the outcome of my surgery was great, I highly recommend him.
Dr. Bannerjee is very kind and helped explain my stress fracture and the recovery plan in a way I could easily understand. It is incredibly validating to find doctors who listen well, answer all questions and help find a solution for pain. The staff at the office were also lovely! Highly recommend.
