His staff was not very empathetic, his assistant is rude (little blonde girl), acts like I am doing the a favor by showing up. Will not be back to see him, especially not that they sold out to national spine practice. will find another doctor
I cannot say enough wonderful things about doctor Gopal, he works with the Advanced Pain Center in Winchester. He is compassionate, articulate, and very knowledgable. He always brings his computer in when explaing procedures to show you exactly what he is going to do and while he is doing the procedure he explains as he goes as well. He never seems rushed even though there are so many patients for him to see. He is a wonderful doctor and I would reccomend him to all of my friends and family. His staff is also very kind.
