As I said, Dr. Lucchesi is the best primary doctor, she listens, she has good advice. She is knowledgeable, kind and caring.
Your telephone system is awful! When it's an emergency we wait on hold for 20 minutes and then get transferred to a call center who has no idea where we are or where our town is. We just want to call our local doctor. Since this change, we've actually looked for other providers even though we love the staff and our doctors. This is unacceptable.
