She is a great doctor, caring, knowledgeable etc. She is the only reason we haven't left Optum- it is impossible to get a hold of her and make an appt.
She listens and respects.

Because they make you very, very comfortable. When going to the doctor, like I said, I'm not a big fan of doctors, but the staff and Dr. Lucchesi make you feel very comfortable. And I highly recommend her, and I really like the office staff.
It was only my first appointment with a new provider, but felt like she really listened to me and didn't rush me through the appointment.
