Tries to give drug I am allergic to. PA asked me what to do Dr. refused to see you After asking me what the PA should do I walked out of the office. Letter telling me never come back
Dr. Arthur, my friend and doctor Anthony Rossi at MSK highly recommended you. I told my nephew, Drew Ireland to contact you about his Growers Disease, and apparently he did today and your office was very kind to him and set up an appointment. I appreciate this Dr. Anthony Rossi who has worked on me many times here in NY speaks very highly of you. If there is any problem with costs for Drew Ireland, please let me know. I will take care of it. Charles Elmes Thank you
Beware this doctor. She will turn you into a yoyo. She did not cure me. Each trip, requires a month wait. She took a culture then told me to take a certain antibiotic. I had already tried the antibiotic she recommended. Actually, you don't get to talk to the doctor but rather her staff that seems to make it up as they go along. "Doctor wants you to try it again." "Really? Did you tell her I just came off that medicine?" So, I tried another round of the same antibiotic. I asked for the lab report, they refused to give it to m... read more
She is the fourth dermatologist that we saw to treat my wife’s condition. She is the only one who found a second problem, and the only doctor to come up with a unique solution that works. We are truly grateful for having found such a competent and caring doctor.
I have seen Dr. Arthur a number of times previously. I think she is a very good dermatologist and extremely thorough. But today I called and they said I would see a physicians assistant, so I decided against going to her office anymore. I went even though she is not on my insurance (as a cash patient) but it is unnecessary now that she'd not be personally seeing me. There are a couple of things I didn't like about the office but I really liked the doctor and I felt very comfortable with her.
I saw Dr. Arthur for an annual skin cancer review. I've been going to Sand Lake Dermatology for a few years but this is the first time I met Dr. Arthur. I researched her and read the reviews--they are all accurate! She is very thorough and has the BEST bedside manner. I was very impressed with her. Her assistant, Whitney is wonderful, as well.
Dr. Arthur is excellent . Knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Highly recommend
Dr. Arthur spends time with her patients to get at the root cause of their skin problems. She is very thorough and reviews all the available data before arriving at a diagnosis.
It was 25 years since my last Dermatology evaluation (which was horrible). This time was excellent. Dr. Arthur is very professional, thorough, and helpful. Great staff too. Highly recommend. 5star
