Dr. Silanee is an amazing physician. He is respectful, collaborative, open to always learning, and willing to help you improve your health. He is thorough and thoughtful, likes to proceed with caution and make sure you stay on top of your screenings and any meds. However, the clinic office is horribly mismanaged and you will wait hours once in the waiting room, and months before that just to get an appointment. But he is worth it. He has saved my life and I will always be grateful for him.

What a complete disaster of a business at the Miami Beach Community Health Center. Waited 2 hours to be called in for vitals and then sent back out into the waiting room for another 30 minutes until I decided to leave, I wish I had left after the first hour. I never got to see the Doctor so I can't say how his service was, but as the boss he should have in place a better administrative system. I waited 2 months for an appointment as well.
