Dr. Nussbaum provided a high level of compasionate care to my family and to at least one other that I know of, going beyond the bounds of required medical responsibility to make sure that additional care was available to me even when I could not afford it. He is an excellent class of human being, and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Dr. Nussbaum was my pediatrician and I remember that he had a great bedside manner and always helped my mom out with samples when she couldn't afford full prescriptions. However, I would caution that in my case, he missed the opportunity to diagnose me with ODD/dysthymia when my mother would call and ask for help with my frequent behavioral problems.
