3 mins. Said he would only treat one hand at a time. I told him I’m never coming back. Said to go with his nurse. She had syringes. Dr said I had 2 pay $30 for each hand. I said I’m leaving. He never told me my diagnosis (I knew) or what was in the syringes. I had to ask. He kept asking me how I’m paying. Again I’m leaving. I told him I don’t have my husband’s government pensions. I felt so completely heard by this doctor. He really made me feel like he was *interested* in my medical issues, and he was quickly able to tell me information about x rays and scans that other doctors had not told me. All the staff were warm, friendly, approachable, and the nurse was quick and confident in her job. Im so glad I was referred here. I look forward to continuing treatment with this doctor.
