I had an overall disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the medical report I received was not accurate according to the information I provided. When I raised this concern with the front desk staff, the response felt unprofessional and dismissive. 3 mins. Said he would only treat one hand at a time. I told him I’m never coming back. Said to go with his nurse. She had syringes. Dr said I had 2 pay $30 for each hand. I said I’m leaving. He never told me my diagnosis (I knew) or what was in the syringes. I had to ask. He kept asking me how I’m paying. Again I’m leaving. I told him I don’t have my husband’s government pensions.
