They obviously don't care for the reviews because guess what they still never pick up the phone, went yesterday at 5pm weren't open, call all day...never pick up..
Can there be an alternate number because this place NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Do you know how frustrating this is when your dealing with things on a time sensitive basis! Im sure this office loses a lot of business just from the unanswered calls alone. The drs are great but whoever mans the phones are doing a terrible job.
I have been calling this office for months on behalf of my elderly aunt. THEY NEVER ANSWER. NOME OF THE 4 EXTENSIONS ARE EVER ANSWERED. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my almost 39 years. Scrap the entire staff and start over.
