I enjoy talking to Dr. Potter. She takes what I say serious. She has helped me after an accident had happened. She actually has me on meds that I truly need. As opposed to my PCP. She does video chats also and that works out better for me. Our office responds quickly to a phone call so the issue can be brought to the doctor's attention. I would truly recommend her for someone that needs a psychiatrist.
