⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a healthcare worker who takes care of patients with neurological issues, I really appreciate how Dr. Potter approaches patient care. She genuinely listens when I bring up concerns or notice new symptoms, and I never feel brushed off or rushed through an appointment. What I like most is that it feels like we’re figuring things out together. I’m writing this review after having seen Dr Potter as a teenager. I’m now 31. I explained my symptoms (syncope, in short) and she basically wrote me off as not caring for myself properly. I felt completely dismissed. In 2020, a brain tumor was found. Last year, it was removed. My symptoms had progressed so far that I eventually found a doctor who cared enough to do imaging. Tada. Pro tip- if your doctor makes you feel like a silly teenager… find someone who cares.
