Dr. Mackay has shown a clear lack of compassion in her care. During the time she was my doctor, she consistently dismissed my concerns and made little effort to truly listen, despite my complex medical history—including having no thyroid and years of difficulty stabilizing my levels. Dr. MacKay is an absolutely phenomenal, professional doctor! She has been nothing but helpful with my specific case. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic endocrinologist.
I called her office 4 times, left 4 messages with my phone number and NEVER received a single call back. Very unprofessional!!! Especially after she complained to my Dr I hadn't been in contact with her (due to moving at the time). I had a massive heart attack with 3 stents put in, you'd think she's professional enough to return a call.
Thank you Dr Mackay! She’s an amazing Doc and knows her stuff. Lethbridge is lucky to have her.
