She was abrasive, rude, insensitive, humiliating, and crude. Even her colleagues confidentially confirmed they disliked working with her. And, after surgery, my husband never recovered and died a few days later. There are many wonderful doctors at Ruby Hospital. She needs to be taken aside, retrained, and possibly some therapy for she appears to be a very unhappy person. Her patients and their families in ICU should not have to be subjected to such behavior.
