Had a family member dropped because they didn’t go the very specific ER she wanted. They didn’t go to that ER because it was clear across town and they didn’t have enough time to get there with work, so hearing later out of the blue that she dropped them because they ‘didn’t follow the physicians plan’ was ridiculous (especially seeing as that ER was able to help and things have since been resolved).Just feels like a massive power trip and I’m appalled that someone in a healthcare setting would act this way. I have seen Dr. Kucich since 2021. She and her staff are wonderful. I have always had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Kucich and Brandi. Both are amazing. Anytime I have a question or need an appointment I just send a message through the app, and they respond most of the time in less than 24 hours. They listen and answer all of my questions. I established Dr. Kucich as my provider in 2018 and only met her for the first time in Nov 2022, I was always scheduled with an NP instead, as Dr. Kucich was booked out over a year in advance. When I did finally meet her, she was nice enough, but brushed off a lot of my concerns, one of which has come back to haunt me and cause me no end of issues. I highly recommend Dr. Kucich. She has been my Dr. for years and wouldn’t want anyone else! She’s very professional but also friendly. She has helped me more than any Doctor I’ve seen. Regardless of why I am there, she has always treated my conditions with Success. She has also referred me to see other Dr’s for certain conditions. Very Thorough and listens to what I say. Her staff is also Wonderful. Highly Recommend!! ??????????
Saw Dr. Kucich this afternoon. She is so thorough. She takes her time and listens to me. She gives 110% every to every appointment. She's an awesome doctor! I'm thankful she's mine!

I honestly don’t trust any other Dr. Dr. Kucich has been my Doctor for years because she is absolutely the best. She does whatever test need to be done to get to your issues. She has always been very through and she always finds solutions to whatever ails me. She’s just Fantastic!!!
I’ve not had the pleasure of Meeting Dr.Kucich, but can tell you when I reached back out to her, since I had no one (until 01/19/2021) to fill my prescriptions & I do have a lot of Health Issues. She filled them for me! This speaks highly of her character to me! I originally, wrote the review below with one star. I felt, I really needed to change that. Lots of Red Flags! Office staff, short staffed, approx wait time 45 minutes. I became Medicare eligible in July & PCP whom I had for 13+ years & loved wasn't on my plan, but all my specialists were. Made appt in July to see Kucich, booked until Oct, they change to Meador, since Kucich was off on scheduled appt date. I needed meds refilled, since almost out. Meador states, I took up too much of her time & wasn't really concerned about new patient information. They didn't send meds to OnLine Pharmacy, like requested, which cos... read more
