This was my first visit to Whitson Vision. I appreciated the office's COVID prevention measures. Staff wear masks and the waiting area had seats spaced apart. Everyone in the office was pleasant and seemed to take the time to put you at ease. Dr. Grove was knowledgeable and thorough with her exam. She answered my questions; I only had a few as she was detailed in her diagnosis explanation. All in all for a unexpected very uncomfortable visit (infection) that brought me into the office. Dr. Alicia Grove, OD is a very knowledgeable and skilled physician, with a specialty in contact lens applications and fittings. I am a difficult to fit patient, wearing RGP lenses and she worked with me to get the best vision based on my needs. I 100% recommend her especially for any RGP contact lens patients, because she is the best around the Indianapolis area for sure. Thanks so much Dr. Grove.... Doing very well with these lenses and appreciate you working to get them to perfection. :-)
Long wait but signs indicate short staffing. Staff pleasant and helpful. Kelsey solved a prescription problem for me. I continue to feel comfortable and in able hands.
Dr Grove and Stacey provided me with excellent care and service, answering any questions I had.
Dr Grove provides excellent care, would and have recommended Whitson vision to anyone, especially anyone with any eye issues.
