Dr Shin is a wonderful OB
I have visited Dr. Alice for more than 5 times. She and her nurse team is so great at making me feel cared for and hopeful and informed about my treatment plan. Fast response time. Can access the information from the health portal anytime. They are not greedy for charges. I was so impressed by Dr.Shin’s responsiveness to my inquiry according to my timeline.
Dr. Shin is incredibly kind and warm—I truly appreciated having her as my OB. The staff was also wonderful!
