I am leaving one star because it is required in order to leave a review. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I wish I had seen these comments prior to going in for my appointment, but the office was outdated, filthy and the doctor and her staff were rude. This office should be reported to the insurance companies.
Dr. Adams is very rude. She takes everything as a joke. She has a attitude problem. She don't really care and needs to get off her high horse. The office is durty and needs cleaning.
Dr. Adams staff was unprofessional and very rude. The office was old and run down and Dr. Adams acted as if it was a waste of her time being there. My mom was scheduled to have a nerve test done and was never told that her equipment was broken. Dr. Adams still took the co pay knowing her machine was not working. I'm pretty sure she will bill my moms insurance company even though she did nothing that day. I'm still trying to get her co pay back. My mom went to the Temple Hills, MD location.
