I found Dr.Do through my insurance network. I was aware she had a low rating but thought:” how bad can a doctor be.” I scheduled an appointment and when to see her. I arrived, waited. And within 2 minutes of our meeting, without asking me anything substantive about my symptoms, Dr. Do immediately recommended a product. After a horrendous experience at another derm I rediscovered Dr Do who others in my family have also been seeing for years. Can’t say enough good things.
I was referred here for a full annual skin exam, which is a very normal request from a dermatologist. I was told that the practice "doesnt do full skin exams" and Dr. Do will only assess 2-3 moles at any appt. I was asked to choose which were the most concerning to me for her to look at. As a provider myself I have an idea of which ones are the most concerning, but asking the patient to identify that is unprofessional.
