I love this dentistry office. First, the front office staff is amazing. They schedule appointments, do follow-ups, and provide reminders. I am so THANKFUL that they work with my insurance provider, Veterans Administration (VA), because the VA can be hard to deal with. I am THANKFUL for the cleanings, fillings, and crown work. Highly recommend

A very aggressive, military trained, dentist. She decided I needed to have an old filling replaced and, surprise, surprise, the nerve awoke and the tooth required a canal and crown. She did a terrible job fitting the crown and I have suffered for a decade with issues because of it. If you enjoy aggressive dentists, she will serve you well—otherwise, I would think twice.

Dr Bassford, as always, is fabulous. Professional, courteous, proficient and caring, ensuring satisfaction of services provided. From front desk associate, to xray associate, to Cora, making sure I’m ready for check-up, to Judy, a thorough and extremely skilled hygienist, my visit was, once again, exceptional. Thanks all.

I contacted this office to inquire about an appointment for a sleep apnea consult. The person took my information and said that he would be in touch. I completed paperwork and waited and didn’t hear anything back for at least a week.. I called back and finally received a call back with an apology and being told that someone would get back to me. I didn’t hear back from anyone until nearly 3 months later for someone to follow up with next steps. I couldn’t believe how long it took.
