Seems to be an experienced neurosurgeon with a novel approach to treatment of AD, which now has new hope with the advent of new immunotherapies because by using focused ultrasound he has been able to temporarily expand the BBB, allowing better drug delivery to areas of the brain with dense beta amyloid plaques and patients are responding who were previously considered terminal. Nice work. Dr. Sahai!
