Dr. Mortazavi is an amazing doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an amazing Physician and Surgeon. He has a good sense of humor and is very respectful. Every visit was a good experience and I was confident in his treatment plans. He made sure I understood all the treatments and treatment options I went through. Fantastic Dr! First met Dr. Mortazavi after a car wreck by chance but that was a meeting that has been a the best Dr patient relationship. He nor his PA will not do anything that does not need to be done. Also, if they don't feel they can get a positive outcome he will refer you to another doctor. In the 11 years I have been with him I have referred my husband, father, sister, and friends to him. Waited one hour and was told to expect another 45 minutes. Not a good way to treat busy people.
I was somewhat nervous about surgery but Dr. Mortazavi and his team answered all my questions with care and patience. Dr. Mortazavi made me feel the surgery would go well and my problem would be solved and it was. I like his manner and the confidence he made me feel that the surgery would work. Thank you for all your care and consideration.

Dr. Mortizavi is an EXCELLENT surgeon. He gave me my quality of life back!!! He's personable and friendly. I would trust him to perform my surgery all over again, but prayerfully I'll never have to.

Dr Mortasavi is an excellent surgeon. Wonderful bedside manner. Curtis Peoples is also wonderful. No complaints with both my MAJOR surgeries (last 4-25-18). Utmost confidence in Mortisavis hand at the operating table. He is a PERFECTIONIST which you cant be less than that operating on the spine. Cant speak highly enough.
Very personable and answered all questions. Put me at ease about surgery. Only complaint is that I was in the outer waiting room for 45 minutes, then the exam room for over 45 minutes, and the actual visit only took 17 minutes. I am usually in and out with the other doctors in this office. It counts against me to be away from work. I hope the doctor can be more on time. I've had two visits and felt comfortable with him, but he was very, very late, and that is somewhat bothersome.

Dr. Mortazavi performed ACDF surgery on me in 2018. I can say without any doubt or second guessing that it was the right thing and that Dr. Mortazavi's medical skills are first class. Five minutes into my first visit with Dr. Mortazavi I knew that I had found "my" doctor. Everyone that I have come into contact with at his office all the way to surgery at WellStar Cobb has been high quality. I trust Dr. Mortazavi's judgement and skill and would recommend him to anyone.
