Dr. Banki seems not too interested in my situation. Did not give any advice. Staff at the receiving area are not welcoming as well as the nurse that attended
We went to his office the appointment was fine but they said to come back and made an appointment with his PAC Andrianna Pliszka after seeing her our insurance informed us that she isn’t part of trinity or all the tiers in Aetna which he is so it is all out of pocket I called the office and the manager said it is our fault not there’s
Very professional and thorough. Amazingly the office called me back asking how the spot he treated with liquid nitrogen was. Front desk very professional and courteous. Recommended to my wife who now sees him and again very pleased with his care. Thank You.
Justina is fantastic! Dr. Banki won’t see new patients. The front door was left locked while patients stood outside waiting (more than once). Staff wore masks under noses and patients walked the office without masks.
I have been seeing Dr. Banki for many years. It is always a pleasant visit even with biopsies to be done he makes it worth the visit. Highly recommend.
Had a full skin surveillance which was extremely thorough. He looked everywhere, as a dermatologist should. Found two suspicious lesions and treated three others with liquid nitrogen. Very professional and kind. I did not feel rushed and he asked at the end if I had any other concerns or questions. His staff is very nice too. I recommended him highly.

Dr. Banki was thorough, attentive to my concerns, and efficient, as was his assistant. Desk staff worked as a team, fielding numerous varied requests, phone calls and procedures in an efficient and courteous way.
