I would avoid this place. They schedule appointments for no reason. Can’t keep track of records. Then tell you “Just pay a $500 ct scan out of your pocket” you know as if people just have that kind of money laying around. Cant get ahold of anyone when you call. No one calls back. And when you do get through, they hang up on you.
My wife Tammy went through 2 surgeries by Dr. Azadi. Her pain that she suffered through for many years are gone! This is a huge relieve for my wide. Dr. Azadi has the best bed-side manners and he takes time to truly listen to you. We highly recommend him! Thank you Doctor for all you have done.
Rachel is an absolute sweetheart. I was overwhelmed with anxiety and anticipation when I initially scheduled my appointment. She was so helpful and supportive. Suzie is amazing! I am so grateful for her making me feel comfortable in such an awkward moment. Dr.Azadi- a wonderful, thorough, and professional man. Thank you!
Dr. Azad is awesome. I would recommend him over and over and over his professionalism in his resort are amazing. I thank God for him every time I look in the mirror thank you Dr for everything you’ve done for me. I feel amazing. Five star all the way
I was seen at the Peoria office yesterday by his associate Linda ONeal, WHNP, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions thoroughly. The office staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed! I highly recommend this office and will continue to seek my care there.
