I was seen at the Peoria office yesterday by his associate Linda ONeal, WHNP, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions thoroughly. The office staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed! I highly recommend this office and will continue to seek my care there.
The entire staff was professional. I was given very inclusive details on how the surgery and post op would go. The surgeon and anesthesiologist were caring and informative. I felt very confident going into surgery. The outcome has worked! I am a nurse and would recommend Dr Azadi
I am extremely happy that my OB Dr referred me to Dr Azadi!! He is a very kind, patient doctor and explains every single thing to you to help you understand! I've had two sugeries and I feel so much better!! The staff is also very kind. I would recommend Dr Azadi 100%!!
I used this gyno for at least 2 years now that I am having hormone issues I have to seek another provider. I called specifically to address my hormonal needs, was given an appointment although I was very specific that I needed to address perimenopause concerns, waited 40 mins to be told that the providers are not allowed to address hormonal concerns as directed by Dr. Azadi.
