Dr. Nash is great, however his I'm assuming, receptionist is rude. I was there just last week a rep from another doctor's office had dropped off a fruit basket that I noticed was addressed to another doctor who must work in the same building. The M.A was trying to deliver the basket to the right doctor , and the receptionist told the m.a, "No leave it here, we're not delivering it to them. It's their fault for not updating their address." Absolutely blown away by that kind of behavior.
I hate giving such a poor review as Dr. Nash himself is a great doctor. His manner is fantastic, he takes time with his patients, and he's very knowledgeable. Since his office manager left though, this place has gone off the rails. I've had multiple medications take more than a week to get refilled, one which took two weeks meaning that I had none for about 5 days. This is after calling EVERY DAY to follow up. Frankly I wouldn't wish this office staff on the DMV.
