It's important that I feel seen, heard and believed by my Dr and that's exactly what I get any time I have to come here. Dr. Nash as well as the Nurse practioners are so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring I always feel like they go the extra mile to make sure of my physical and even mental health. Being in a medical office with people who look like you is important to me, I love this medical practice.
I have know Dr. Nash since early 2000 when he was with Dr. Simpson in Montbello Clinic. I followed him once Dr. Simpson clinic closed. Some of the negative remarks that patients made were true however, his office has improved. His has a excellent staff now who are very friendly which have helped him make his office a better experience. I have my mother and brother now seeing him and I feel he takes very good care of them. He is a doctor that goes the extra mile to make sure you get the help you need.
Dr.Nash has been great, clean facility and easy to get ahold of. I like the more personal feel of his clinic.
Really liked Dr Nash he took the time to listen and care about my husband and I. we are seniors and he is easy to talk to.Was our first visit.
Great doctor with a great beside manner. He's great with my old fighting Injuries.
No he is nice but talks too much his mother was the receptionist when my entire family went there a d every time something went wrong which was often it was....”well we are a small office” exactly which is why the office should be efficient! I have a family of 5....we went to another doctor and it’s all the difference in the world......I am so serious! He lost 5 co-pays with my family but his MOTHER was the WORSE!
Waited close to 2 hrs and still did not get to see the doc for a routine annual physical. The staff seem personable and nice enough however the office seems quite inefficient. Waited 30mins to go get vitals measured. Then waited an hour in the room with no updates that the doc was running late or anything. This was the second time I have had excessive (over 60min waits here). Not that many patients in the waiting room either so just bad process & lack of courtesy.
I've been seeing Dr. Nash for 4 years and he is an excellent doctor. He isn't one of those doctors that don't care how you feel or think. He doesn't rush you in and out in 10 minutes. I usually never wait more than 5 minutes after getting to my appointment. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Kit
After scheduling an appointment 2 full weeks in advance, upon arriving the day of my appointment, I was told that Dr. Nash would not be accepting any new Tricare patients. This information could have been provided during my initial contact, or after the two reconfirmations of the appointment. The staff is clearly incompetent. The rating regarding the Doctor is not accurate. Since I was unable to see him, I have no opinion of his ability.
