I experienced multiple issues with this office over several visits: * It was extremely difficult to reach the office by phone to make an appointment. I ultimately had to go there in person—twice—just to schedule one. * On two separate appointments, I waited approximately two hours before seeing the doctor. * On two different occasions, I arrived for scheduled blood work only to find that there was no phlebotomist available. * During one visit, the EKG machine was not working. I made an appointment with Dr Smith and I walked into a very nice med spa. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and So thorough. Dr Smith is a very kind, patient doctor. He sat with me and ordered all the necessary tests after examining me. At follow up he went through every result. I haven’t had a primary or any doctor spend that much time with me in 15 years! I would recommend him to everyone
