I made an appointment with Dr Smith and I walked into a very nice med spa. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and So thorough. Dr Smith is a very kind, patient doctor. He sat with me and ordered all the necessary tests after examining me. At follow up he went through every result. I haven’t had a primary or any doctor spend that much time with me in 15 years! I would recommend him to everyone
This is by far the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. I have been requesting a refill for a non-controlled medication for over 5 days now. I have called the office multiple times and submitted refill requests through the patient app with absolutely no follow through. Over the last 4 days alone, I have spoken to the office three separate times. Even my pharmacy at Publix has tried contacting them with no success.
