very unhelpful-a very nice person, but would never recommend as a doctor.

She doesn't speak english. Her response is the exact same to every question, "don't worry about it."
While Dr. Ramahi is caring and thorough, I find the "customer care" aspect to be lacking. Your phone calls are answered by voice mail, and you may or may on receive a phone call back, and you are forced to go to the office for any type of test result, positive or negative.
