I love my doctor. He is very professional and he cares for his patience. I also like how he has a nurse that c an do lab work. It is very convenient.
First visit today after he met with my mom. I loved the way he treated my mother, she did too, so I made an appointment. Cannot complain! Very thorough, asked important questions, did not rush me, no judgments, made sure i understood what he thought I needed to do to get better and made me feel comfortable all the way around. Would recommend to anyone that wants to be heard and feel motivated to make their health a priority.
Be very careful w this office! I will post full review very soon! The staff is very unprofessional! They violated HIPPA laws and the doctor gave me his script instead of a simple referral. Putting my life in danger when I needed to see a specialist. He wanted to chat and be my friend instead of being a doctor. No wonder this office was empty. I saw noone that day come in or out. Dr. Santana is an excellent doctor. He takes his time talking to you and overseeing every aspect of your health. He communicates clearly, is organized, conscientious, empathetic, and collaborates with your specialists. His staff is extremely professional and will assist with any of your concerns. With my experience, I can't speak more highly of this doctor.
