I was referred to Dr. Lee by a nearby physio trainer who had been working with him for years. Dr. Lee's approach was quite beneficial for me as I benefited first from a chiropractic approach, and then when I was recovered enough from a herniated disc, from complementary physiotherapy exercises. His chiropractic approach is diverse, depending on your need. From movements to restore alignments, to muscle stimulation, lifestyle advice to manage pain, and more, its a multifaceted approach that was reassuring to me.
I confirmed parking availability 30 minutes before leaving and arrived five minutes before my appointment time. Unfortunately, I was unable to find parking within the lot for the next 10-15 minutes, which led me to request an additional 4-5 minutes. Despite this, my appointment was canceled. it was clear that they did not care when I was already in the underground parking lot. I will not be returning, as this situation was not my fault and demonstrated a lack of respect for patients time.
Dr. Lee has been a great help in treating my neck and lower back pain. He’s very knowledgeable and always consistent in his treatments. His treatments also include portal access to tailored exercises and tutorials to help me keep up in between appointment times. Best chiro in town!
