I met Alexander Hertzog when he brought in his car to my shop for repairs from someone who rear ended him. He is the best in the business. Always nice and very informative. As a physician, he is medically qualified. As a practice, they are the most incompetent run, most unprofessional practices I have ever experienced. I was there for my annual Medicare wellness physical and they charged me an additional $200 overall due to incorrect billing. Incompetent coders, incompetent and non-responsive management and support. Their patient portal is from the 1990’s and is down 75% of the time.
