I had the most excellent care by the most excellent staff!
After being too scared to visit a dentist for over 10 years the staff (especially hygienist Elizabeth) did everything to make my experience comfortable and easy.
My family and I were some of the first patients when Dr. Alexander opened his office in Rocky Mount. He has since seen my grandchildren. 3 generations and still going strong! The level of care, personal touch, professionalism and genuine concern for each and every patient is remarkable and unsurpassed. If all caregivers were like Dr. Alexander and his exceptional staff, we would all be well care for. From front office staff to dental hygienist to the good doctor himself...OUTSTANDING! Highly recommended by my entire family.
Today was my first visit and I was a very satisfied patient. Amy was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. White was very pleasant and friendly. I felt comfortable and relaxed in their office. It was also a very clean office. I am so happy to have discovered this dental office. Thanks Amy and Dr White for taking care of me.
