I had numerous problems with Dr. Osinovsky and his staffs. He does not provide adequate information for patients to make inform decisions. He is not available when you do have questions or problems. In addition, the staff made several errors with my insurance claim and billing. Correcting errors is a hassle because the staffs and manager are rude and arrogant. I would not recommend him for any dental work.
Be weary of what they tell you, because it changes from person to person, from day to day. It is very stressful to deal with the staffs and management who constantly give you the run around. Aviod this dentist, he is not worth it.
He absolutely is only interested in his bottom line, money and not patient care.
