Absolutely outstanding. I required emergency Meniscus surgery. I live in the blue mountains and initially enquired at multiple places around western Sydney being closer to home. I wasn’t happy with the service, urgency or even empathy displayed by the 3 places I spoke with. I heard about Dr Nicholls via a referral friend of mine, so I gave them a call. Dr Nicholls replaced both of my knees a few years ago. The outcome for me has been outstanding. One of his orthopeadic colleagues at the hospital at the time praised his work as being of a very high standard. I absolutely recommend Dr Nicholls and would use his services again in a heart beat if needed.
Dr Nicholls operated on my 12 year old son last year who had an osteochondroma. The whole experience was very professional, he was very knowledgeable and caring and took the time to explain everything to my son in a simple way for him to understand it. His team are highly professional and very friendly. I have now torn my ACL and need a reconstruction and have booked to go back and see him for it after our experience with our son. Highly recommend.
Dr Nicholls performed knee surgery on our 11 year old son last year after he sustained a tibial spine fracture after falling off his motorbike. He did not disappoint. He is an extremely competent doctor with exceptional diagnostic skills and his work was fantastic. He was professional, genuine, caring and approachable. Very impatient and unprofessional. We were given incorrect advice that not only failed to help but actually caused further harm, strongly recommend avoiding this doctor based on my experience.
