I was late 10 minutes for an appointment for contact lenses/training and the person in charge refused to see my son and I. I told the lady there was a lot traffic and for that reason we were late, she insisted to reschedule. You just lost 4 clients with dual insurance.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I will definitely recommend to my family, friends, and work buddies. Went in for a routine eye exam, my insurance copay is $10. I was made to pay $50, I was given the excuse that it was because of a retinal imaging that was done and I had to pay out of pocket, mind you I was never asked for my approval or made aware of this when I scheduled, or stepped in for my appointment. I am so pissed and will never set foot in that place again. Wasted my time and money. I should've waited and gone elsewhere.
