I went in for a prescription refill as a new patient. I paid my copay then a month later I was mailed a $400 bill. It's really easy to let people know what they will be paying up front. This office is shady.

I have never met with a more rude and condescending practitioner in my life (and I am a healthcare practitioner myself). Displayed no sense of compassion regarding my concerns and rushed me out the door. Very upsetting experience and have never felt less listened to than I did during that 3-4 minutes spent in a room with him. Update: I have since met other individuals who also left this office in tears, as did I. Steer clear at all costs.

Horrible Dr. Plus inept billing department. I have insurance and he billed them incorrectly. Then he has the audacity to tell me I should pay for his mistake. Do yourself a favor and find a competent Dr that actually wants to help you.
