Dr Castiel is a “unicorn” in both the medical sense and the personal treatment of his patients. Rare. Hard to find and a pleasure to do business with.
When I have an appointment, there's something about the atmosphere. Each nurse that has taken my vitals are professional and kind. They perform with a smile, which helps me to relax. My husband had his first visit on October 3, 2025, and completed lab work that same day at the Hospital. Since then, he called four times, left multiple voicemails, and even texted the office to schedule a follow-up to review his results, yet received no response. He finally reached someone on October 21, after being on hold for 20 minutes because they couldn’t locate his records. I've been a patient a few years now and couldn't be happier. Best bed side manners and professionalism.
What stands out for me is that Dr. Castiel is a thorough, candid, and most of all, a very kind doctor. Upon completion of my visit, It's always good to know that I've received the very best of care.
Dr. Castiel listens to you and never rushes. He understands what you need and always has the proper treatments. I would not want to have to go to anyone else. PLUS, the staff is excellent in getting you in to see the doctor without having to wait days and days while you suffer. This is one excellent and caring doctor.
This one appointment that I don't attending. Dr. Castiel makes me feel like I want to be more mindful of my health. I really feel great when the numbers come down. I feel like there is hope moving forward, while I achieve my short-term goals. I think Dr. Castiel is a 'No Nonsense' kind of healthcare provider. Dr. Castiel is a doctor who is always staying up to date with conditions and treatments. He may not tell you what you want to hear but it is always what I need to hear. I appreciate Dr. Castiel for this reason and many more. As busy as he is he will always take the time to explain anything I have questions about and is always thorough in his care. His staff is always courteous, helpful and professional. If you want a doctor that will pat you on the back and tell you everything you want to hear hes not the doc for you.
We have been visiting Dr Castiel for the last 15 years and can testify that he is the best doctor in town to both my wife and myself.
