I am a very lucky person to be in the care of Dr. Gillespy. He not only looked at the issue I came to see him for, and he took the time to evaluate how my current injury impacts my life now in other health issues I currently have. I was in despair and Dr Gillespy has given me optimism toward the future.
Dr. Gillespy explains things, tries to use every avenue available to avoid surgery. His assistants are friendly yet professional.

He's methodical, patiently explains his findings and provides in-depth description of condition and treatment plan. His medical staff (including the x-ray technician) were very kind and pleasant to work with. Getting past the scheduler was the rough part, otherwise, this practice and medical staff are exceptional!
Dr. A. Gillespy has a God given talent in surgery and a professional experience that I would trust anytime.
Dr. Gillespy really helped me out tremendously with a partial knee replacement. He explained why this was an excellent option versus a full knee replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You need to do the PT and follow through with instructions, which is understandable. And now my knee is much, MUCH better than it was when I first visited the office. I am very grateful and satisfied!
Outstanding! Dr. Gillespy did a full knee replacement, took care of my spinal stenosis, left hand carpal tunnel and arthritis in my right hip. Very successfully. He is attentive and takes time to listen. He absolutely makes you feel you are his largest concern when he is your doctor. His analysis has been spot on and treatment very effective.
