Dr is the best!
I came to my first appointment anxious about my evaluation. By the end, I felt completely different. Derek and Mimi were exceptionally attentive to the issues I was describing, and made me feel seen and heard. I felt confident about Dr Avi’s plan and work-up and I especially appreciated the referral he made for me to be seen at another specialist facility.
I called this office after researching specialist in my area - The guy was so rude, impatient and kurt about asking basic questions I had about their process virtually pushing me off the phone. I’m highly communicative as I have been in high finance for two decades and I say that to say I don’t mumble, stumble over my words or indulge in pedantic questions so this was unacceptable. There is no way I would ever support this business, to pay someone to be disrespectful as if their doing me a favor is unfathomable.
