Dr. Chong is very good at his profession. He did surgery on my ankle. Everything went fantastic and I am doing alot better than I expected. I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Chong.
First and foremost great Doctor! Would recommend to anyone thats the reason I give at least the 2 stars. but... Staff customer service is beyond horrible! Bad attitudes and bad phone etiquette. Dr. Chong you should check at Starbucks or Chik-fil-A for your future Medical Assistants because the ones you have now hate their lives! They hate having to pick up a phone when a patient calls, they hate having to speak to a patient in person, It's horribly obvious the medical field is not for them.. I waited 2hrs for a less than a 7 minute visit, very rushed... WTH?! No explanation as to why the wait is so long. I asked Dr. Chong if this is normal, he coped an attitude, from there on my visit was AWFUL...he obviously hasn't heard the 'On Hold Message' stating their care and concern for their patients comfort and satisfaction... they should remove that msg, its obviously B.S. Dr. Chong was very professional and informative. He Kindly addressed all our questions, and explained in detail the x-rays. We knew exactly where we were in the healing process. After physical therapy and following Dr. Chong orders, our son is back to highschool swim with no issues. THANK YOU DR. CHONG!
