I am in desperate need of help. I've been a patient of Dr. Crook for many years. Today I've tried to call and the number is no longer in service. I'm having suicidal thoughts.

Dr. Crook is saving my life! I have been dealing with severe depression, anxiety and insomnia for several years, I’d had a lot of therapies, medicine and a whole bunch of professional mental care, but the only one that really helps me is Dr. Crook! I feel rested physically and mentally! He genuinely worries about me and tries to help me as much as he can, and I’m very grateful for everything he does! it’s really hard to find a doctor like him! I feel very blessed!

I was referred to Albert Crook when I was in serious emotional crisis, I was suffering from severe depression and anxiety. Dr. Crook spent a significant amount of time with me, and came up with a treatment plan that has been VERY effective. I have seen Dr. Crook for about 3 years now. I can't recommend him highly enough. Anytime that I have had any struggles, he calls me himself to check on me personally. He cares about my overall (physical & mental) wellbeing, and takes my whole case into account when treating me. His office always addresses any concerns or issues I have in a very timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with my care from Dr. Crook

I have worked with Dr. Crook for several years, and I am so indebted to him! He has seen me through my absolute lowest, and literally saved my life. He is compassionate, caring, thorough, and very astute. A true professional, he is what 'caregiving' is all about. Dr. Crook is very careful with medications, changing and adjusting until the right fit is made. He then carefully monitors for any adverse side effects, and makes changes as needed. Dr Crook is an outstanding psychiatrist who is caring for our young adult son. We live out of state and our son is in an independent living situation. He has seen many psychiatrists but none so thorough, down to earth, and knowledgable as Dr Crook. He takes time to call me and treats my son with respect and care. He is easy to talk to and easy to like. My son likes him more than any of his previous psychiatrists, which makes a huge difference in the effectiveness of his therapy.

Wow if I could give this man a 0 I would. When I first started seeing him he seemed very caring and helpful while I was struggling. However after I had been seeing him for about A year, he started being only interested in writing prescriptions instead of listening to my problems. His only concern was to make sure he could bill me I went out of the country for about six months and when I came back I was suicidal and needed help. He refused to see me and would not Return my calls. SO UNETHICAL!
