This man is a sadist. I have been waiting for over 2 months to get my refill for a medication I have been on for 8 years and is very dangerous to be taken off of cold turkey. He made me take a drug test which I have never done in my 10 years + of seeing psychiatric professionals, which I passed and still did not receive my medication. I have called the staff multiple times and they told me they sent him messages to which he hasn’t responded.... I've been seeing Dr. A for about two years. He's caring, patient, and really knows what he's doing. I HIGHLY recommend him. Also, the staff offered to watch my kids so I could attend my appointment. I couldn't ask for a better place.
18:46 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. I had a simple question. At 11 minutes 35 seconds in a recording stated, “Please hold while your call is transferred. At 18 minutes and 46 seconds of no human interaction, a recording stated, “Please hold for the system operator; System Operator is not available; please hold for the system backup operator; we’re sorry system backup operator is not available.” In the 11 minutes on hold, I became assured that this office was all about pull-pushing and wanting insurance.
